WORLD FOUNDATION

The Foundation’s official name is the Moon Temple World Foundation.

The Foundation is located at the following address: 101000, Moscow, ul. Pokrovka, 18/18, str. 1.

The Foundation is a non-member noncommercial organization founded by citizens on the basis of voluntary property contributions and pursuing social, charitable, cultural, educational and other socially beneficial goals. The property delegated to the Foundation by its founders shall be the property of the Foundation. The founders shall not be held accountable for the obligations of the Foundation they have created, and the Foundation shall not be held accountable for the obligations of its Founders.

The Foundation is a legal entity, which does not seek to attract profit for distribution among its Founders and employees by way of income. Should the Foundation’s activity accrue revenue, it shall be used to attain the authorized goals.

The Foundation shall use its property for the purposes set forth in its Charter. The Foundation shall publish annual reports on the use of its property.

The Foundation may establish representative agencies inside and outside the Russian Federation. Such representative agencies shall act in the name of the Foundation in accordance with the Provisions approved by the Foundation Board.

GOALS AND TYPES OF ACTIVITY

The Foundation shall pursue social, charitable, humanitarian, cultural, educational and other socially beneficial goals.

The main purpose of the Foundation is to build a Temple, the symbol of human faith, on the Moon, thus easing the path to understanding the mysteries of the Universe and terrestrial space. God created the world not for wars and violence, but for brotherhood, love, and benevolence. The Foundation shall help to unite people on the path of peaceful and progressive development, bring different religions closer to each other, and raise their mutual trust, tolerance, and mutual understanding with the prospect of coming together in the bosom of Truth and recognizing that God is one for everyone.

The Foundation shall set itself the following tasks:

• Organizing, financing, and building a Temple on the surface of the Moon;
• Organizing and financing campaigns to assist the needy, the starving, and the impoverished.
